Return Policy at Madiha Ortho

We accept returns for our orthopedic products under the following conditions:

• Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Process: Contact our Kolkata office to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Shipping Costs: Customers cover return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made orthopedic devices are non-returnable unless defective.
